‘Reflect’ is inspired by the lakes surrounding Mallacoota, Victoria. A calming place to sit and reflect about life, love and loss, this is a place that makes you notice the world is bigger than yourself. I wanted to create a calming painting that holds these feelings, the heavy clouds over blue skies, the still water, and a place you can see yourself sitting and reflecting.
